The Pre-Moderated Category add-on allows admins to set certain categories to flag all new discussions, comments, or both. This add-on must be enabled by your Vanilla Customer Success Manager.
This option can be used when it is anticipated that content in a certain category may be particularly sensitive, or otherwise should be subject to moderator scrutiny before it is available to the community.
Once enabled, it will appear in the Dashboard's Settings side bar. The options available will look like this:
Users who add new discussions or comment, depending on the restrictions selected, will see a message letting them know their content will need to be approved.
Moderators will see this content appear in their moderation queue for approval.
