Cloud Release Schedule
All SuccessTeam™ customers receive updates containing new features, bug fixes, and security patches, approximately every other week at a fixed time which is not announced ahead of time.
Our customers on Enterprise plans will receive the same updates on a pre-announced & coordinated timeline, after the update has already been widely deployed on the rest of Vanilla cloud.
Other plan levels and all staging sites receive these updates on an ad-hoc basis.
Open Source Releases
Open source releases of Vanilla Forums code occurs on an ad-hoc basis, usually based off of a previous cloud release. It is always recommended to be on the latest release as they may contain important security fixes.
